Audrey (Rey) Coleman is a movement coach, holistic fitness trainer, and exercise therapist. With years of experience in the gym and physical therapy offices, her passion is in body mastery and sustainable personal evolution. She strives to empower each client to optimize their life, find harmony, and focus on the longitudinal care of their body.
